433 Main; Tower Residential Conversion
A 14 storey tower constructed in 1974 sits amongst Winnipeg’s historic collection of turn-of-the-Centrury building stock. A post-tensioned concrete & curtainwall building, its panoramic views are unmatched within the historic district. This project is converting the top 10 office floors into 94 residential units. The building will receive an envelope upgrade which includes glazing the front half of the existing precast panels and the development of a hung amenity space balcony on the penthouse level.
