Working closely with the developer, AtLRG played a key role in assessing and interpreting code requirements to transform this 6-storey office building into modern and viable residential units. A complete M&E retrofit and full curtain wall replacement was implemented, repositioning this underperforming Beltline office building as a successful mixed-use development with 119 apartments. The ground-floor commercial spaces were retained and enhanced with active patio areas and enclosed exterior spaces, supporting sidewalk patios and outdoor spin class, while generous basement parking is maintained for all building residents.
