Tyee Landing
In the seaside town of Sidney, on Vancouver Island, this project endeavours to sensitively infill an under-utilized marina parking lot amongst a cluster of similarly scaled multi-family residences with a with a 4-storey, mixed-use 63 unit apartment development.
The building design steps and staggers to optimize waterfront views for residents while reducing its scale where interfacing with the existing residences and public realm.
