A 10 storey infill in the historic Exchange District replaces a surface parking lot with underground parking, main floor commercial space, 2nd floor office space, and 80 residential apartments above with a roof terrace amenity contributes the evolution of the downtown sector as a diverse, mixed-use neighbourhood. The podium portion interfaces with the heritage qualities of the streetscape through scale and materiality; the tower portion is set back and subservient.
