A former lumber yard is redeveloped into a 179 unit, 6-storey, multi-family residential community replete with on-site amenities. The building form takes advantage of southern solar exposure to create a V-shaped footprint with a generous private greenspace that serves as its social and ecological heart. Vehicular access and parking around the site’s perimeterbuffers the development from suburban high-traffic adjacencies. The project aims to promote and elevate high-density development, even at the fringes of the city.
