In the seaside town of Sidney, on Vancouver Island, this project endeavours to sensitively infill a four storey, 63 unit residential apartment building on a under-utilized marina parking lot amongst a cluster of similarly scaled multi-family developments.
The building design steps and staggers to optimize waterfront views for residents while reducing its scale were interfacing with the public realm.
