The first phase of an industrial subdivision on the perimeter of the Winnipeg, the design elevates pre-fabricated steel detailing and employs honest, hard-working materials. The high-contrast, articulated facade aims to attract tenants driving past at 100km/h - the building is it’s own advertisement. Ample glazing allows natural light into main office spaces, mezzanines, and rear shop areas. The cantilevered front canopy borrows from the pre-fab steel palette, sheltering the front walk, providing solar shading and signage opportunity.
